Server broken
Well the last couple of days my 68 slot China Rising has blaze disconnected regularly.
Got the server started today, Blaze disconnected as usual, and after a few minutes comes back up. Nobody can rejoin it though, "Error, Client closed down connection" Restarting, Stopping and starting the server, nothing fixes it..... Cannot join my server at all.... I had the same s*** happen to me every day . Once you manually restart reopen procon and check to see if it has change your max players to 0 or 2 as this was happening everytime our server crashed and knowone could get back in unless you reset it again and run next round

To be fair...I have had exactly the same problems from another supplier and that is the very reason I came here.
my server had 32 peeps on it...while playing on another friends and they both crashed at the same time. been happening off and on every couple of days since bf4 started. I am paying a little more than the pricetag here so I guess that would be the only reason for me to change but sometimes it is better the devil you know? :) please don't blame this supplier (as I did in an earlier comment I made) because all the suppliers are obviously having the same problem and giving all of them an equal headache. blame dice for releasing a beta game that was broken from the start. I may still jump ship and come here after my rental expires in a week or so....not sure :) cheers and keep smiling :) |

Still broken.... still no reply.... still waiting..... Can you shut the server down? If so shut it down for 5 minutes and then start it. I have had to do that in the past. |

Yeah stopping and restarting the server works eventually, but you have to do it anywhere from 5-50 times.... Restarting shows it as up in Gamecreate, but you cant join it, and even though BL shows it as up, if you try to join you get either "client closed down connection" or "game server is not there anymore"..... Eventually after spending ages starting, stopping restarting you can get it to come back up (talk about frustrating...) Problem is once its back up, if it blaze disconnects again, you have to go through the same lengthy process before anyone can join it again,... None of my other servers do this so its a problem with this server or host IMO |

Still waiting for a response or answers.....
Servers still Blaze disconnecting (ALL my ausgamers ones, all at the same time, at pretty regular times each day...... Ausgamers network issues....... Longest I ever waited for a response from Hypernia to a ticket was 18 minutes..... Hmmmm posted on the 29th about broken server, now the 4th of the 1st and still not an answer or reply or solution.... Took my money pretty quickly on the 1st though.... Think I will join the server cancellation thread very shortly and get my money back....... Spent 3 weeks waiting for a fix, and all I got was;
I spent some time looking at your server configuration vs others that report as being very stable, and one thing struck me: your server is running 150% tickets, where others are running 100% Great answer considering the most popular crash free server on AusGamers runs 1500 tickets........ Also great answer considering my ticket count has been 150% since before the issues started....was fine, then xmas hit and it wasnt fine. I set it to 100% tickets for a week and it still blazed every single day..... One thing I do know, is the exact same config used on a different GSP's servers runs FINE, without crashing, and without lag.... SO ITS NOTHING IN MY CONFIG, AND NOTHING AT MY END, which kind of leaves only one option sadly.... 172 Slots cancelled due to ZERO resolution, and zero support......3 weeks is more than a reasonable level of time to get a fix or some support.... |

I would like to firstly add, that after the majority of server crashes that were prevalent when BF4 first released (DICE issue) the server was running fantastic. The server could run for 3-4 days straight without a single restart, which was fantastic. So i decided to stick with you guys and open up another 68 slot server. Then my luck had changed.
Im having the exact same problem as the OP. Over the past few the days issue is getting quite serious, but the issue has been ongoing from about 2 weeks or so ago. I don't mind crashes maybe a couple of times per week, but I won't put up with 3-4 crashes in 1 day. It's way too hard enough keeping a server populated to begin with, let alone me having to sit in a server 4 times each day while i get the server populated. Please see the image below to see exactly how many times the server loses all of the players. http://i41.tinypic.com/14azcav.jpg You guys really need to resolve this problem, since there is no point paying good money for a server and not be able to keep players on that server for more than and hour or so. Not to mention people can't actually rejoin the server after it's lost all of its players, do to the "Error, Client closed down connection" problem. If it can't be resolved soon, I really do need to change providers. I think I've got a couple of weeks or so left of the subscription, so hopefully you can fix it before then. I do feel you guys can resolve it, as the server before this started happening was fantastic, I had no major issues. Thanks in advance |
