Redfall from Arkane has been a bit of a mystery to me, but after seeing over 10-minutes of gameplay from the Xbox and Bethesda Developer_Direct I'm now fully sold on its solo and co-op vampire hunting action. From open-world exploration to cool abilities and weapons and taking down vampire gods, it's coming May 2, 2023, to PC and Xbox Series X|S.

And day one to Xbox Game Pass.

Here's the full deep dive where we get to see some of the missions, safehouse system, weapons, and how it all works in terms of clearing out vampires from sections of Redfall. Taking down mini-bosses to collect their skulls to use as keys to taking on vampire gods looks awesome, as do the skill trees and various abilities that draw on classic Arkane mechanics found in the likes of Dishonored and Deathloop.
