Prior to its untimely release here in Australia, Activision have given AusGamers a preview copy of Guitar Hero Metallica to shred it up as one of the biggest bands on planet. And while the rest of the world has had the game for awhile, like some sick parallel to our limited access to massive rock acts in the live sense, we have to wait.

So here are our initial thoughts on the preview build we were sent, but stay tuned for our full in-depth review closer to the game's eventual May 27 release.
