Bethesda are taking the classic Quake 3; a game that popularised First Person Shooter multiplayer mayhem, and are sending it Xbox Live Arcade, this December 16.
Quake Arena Arcade introduces the definitive, competitive first-person shooter to a new generation of gladiators. Frag up to fifteen of your friends in six game types over Xbox LIVE, including ‘Deathmatch’, ‘Capture the Flag’, and ‘Harvester’ modes. Experience QUAKE like never before with over thirty classic maps, twelve Xbox-exclusive arenas, HD and Widescreen support, and a brand new Single Player campaign.There's no other information available at the moment, and the game isn't yet up on the Xbox Live Marketplace, but we do have a few screens for you to check out. i still think quakelive (q3a) is a decent game to play... but hardly anyone plays ffa online since it went out of beta.
it'd be s*** on an xbox controller though imo.

yeh i know pyth... but i prefer ffa :(
i hate clan arena or rocket arena ... or any mod that delays respawn.
i jump on for a duel every now n then n get totally hammered :P

Actually I recall bumping into you in a CA game last week. Felt kind of like walking past royalty, before having them shaft you.

Just watched a couple of the vids, disgusting is a pretty accurate word.
Would love to see someone B2R with a console controller.
