Just like with our recent hands-on, players around the world will finally be able to hands-on with Destiny on running on a PC this week, with the Destiny 2 PC Beta kicking off for all players on Wednesday. For those that have pre-ordered, access begins tomorrow via Blizzard Battle.net.

Oh, it's real.

With all key bindings free to change as you please. Here are the PC specs.

Recommended Specs
  • CPU - Intel Core i5-2400 or AMD Ryzen R5 1600X
  • GPU - Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon R9 390
  • RAM - 8GB

Minimum Specs
  • CPU - Intel Core i3-3250 or AMD FX-4350
  • GPU - Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 2GB or AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB
  • RAM - 6GB

Of course to get Destiny 2 running in 4K you'll probably want something like a Intel Core i7-7700k and a Nvidia GTX 1080Ti ala the PC demo stations that Bungie have been using to demo that very feature.

As per the console beta you can expect the 'Homecoming' story mission, 'Inverted Spire' strike, and multiplayer maps 'Midtown' and a new one exclusive to the PC beta called 'Javelin-4'.
