If you cast you mind back to the days of the Xbox 360, the last big Xbox specific show from Microsoft was X06. Which was where BioShock got it's big reveal, alongside Halo: Wars, Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, and something called a HD-DVD drive. Anyway, after a decade-long hiatus X18 will see the return of the Xbox Showcase on November 10 at Xbox FanFest in Mexico City.

Described as "a global celebration of all things Xbox filled with news, first looks, and surprises" we can probably expect to see a few game announcements at the show in addition to updates on existing titles already in the works. Perhaps an updated look at Halo: Infinite. Or Gears 5.

Back in the early days of the 360, the X events were pretty huge in terms of trailers and looks at upcoming exclusives - so it's great to see Microsoft bringing it back.
