Making ts debut at E3 earlier this year, followed by the surprise Fallout 76 reveal, the Android and iOS The Elder Scrolls Blades fro Bethesda Game Studios, was originally due to be out in time for the holidays. Delayed no doubt for some final polish, the game is now due Early 2019.

The announcement was made via Twitter.

Here's one of the more recent trailers which showcases the level of detail in the ambitious project, which aims to recreate a comparable Elder Scrolls experience for mobile. Having gone hands-on with an early build, outside of the always weird first-person touch controls, Blades looked, felt, and sounded great.

Now if only Bethesda could have gone back in time to delay another holiday release for additional polish.
