And it looks, well. Weird would be one word to describe it, though a string of words like 'what in the hell is this' feels more apt. Not that we're attached to the Sonic franchise or feel that any of SEGA's countless Sonic the Hedgehog adventures featured what you would consider a decent story. Or, brilliant gameplay for that matter.

Outside of the fun first few outings. So, we're not upset. Mostly just confused. And a little frightened that somehow this live-action Sonic the Hedgehog movie featuring a freakish looking Sonic was given the green light.



On the plus side Jim Carrey seems to be giving it his all as Dr. Robotnik. And the classic Sonic ring sound effect is peppered throughout.
