A great choice in Metroid Dread, it’s an amazing game and an amazing Metroid game. Hard to top it this year.

Nintendo hopefully will be releasing a Prime Trilogy on Switch, I really want to go back and play those in HD. Or at least Prime 1 and 2, they may be taking a while to hopefully take the motion controls out of 3…

Yep, agree Metroid Dread is great. But I clearly suck at games these days, because I am finding it far harder than I ever remember Super Metroid or Metroid Fusion being 😂
If we ever get HD updates of the Prime trilogy I will be a happy person. I went back to the Wii motion control release of them and they really sucked without a gamepad. I was so disgusted with them I dug out the originals!

It's funny Nate, because at the time it seemed like Metroid was the champion game for waggle -- the argument a fervent Nintendophile had against the PC Master Race, to a degree - "hey, it's like a mouse, but I don't need a desk!"

How stupid history can look sometimes.

If a Switchified HD re-release of all three isn't Pro-Controller friendly, it'll be a crime against humanity.
